SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Origins Orders ship from US or China warehouses depending on the product.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are estimated from the date of shipment. Please allow 1–3 additional business days for order processing.
- US warehouse: 5–7 business days
- China warehouse: up to 30 days
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. International tracking updates may experience delays.
Supported Destinations We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and U.S. Outlying Islands only.
Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Andersen Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Multiple Shipments Some orders may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking numbers.
Shipping Guarantee If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us at anderseneric69@gmail.com or 480-490-0131. We will investigate the shipment status with the carrier. Andersen Mercantile is not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Andersen Mercantile is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
