Where we ship

Andersen Mercantile currently ships to addresses within the 50 United States only. We do not currently ship to Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, or other international destinations.

Shipping rates

Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery address.

Standard shipping is generally available for a flat rate of $4.99 where applicable.
Free shipping may be available when shown at checkout.
Some products may have carrier-calculated shipping rates or different shipping options.

The shipping options displayed at checkout are the rates that apply to your order.

Order processing

Orders are prepared for shipment after payment has been confirmed. Processing and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.

Orders containing products from different fulfillment partners may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address or contact information provided with the order. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping carrier receives the package.

Fulfillment partners

Some products may be shipped directly from third-party fulfillment partners. This helps us offer a broader selection of products and may affect the package origin, delivery time, or tracking information.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, arrives incorrectly, or does not arrive, please contact us through the Contact page with your order number and details about the issue. We’ll review the order and work with the appropriate fulfillment or shipping partner.

Address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delivery delays or a returned package.

We may be unable to change an address after an order has entered processing.
