Refund policy

All Sales Are Final All purchases at Andersen Mercantile are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. Items ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Approved claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are reviewed case by case. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a replacement shipment or store credit. No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be provided.

Shipping & Returns Products ship from US or China warehouses depending on the product. As all sales are final, return shipping is not applicable. In the rare event a return is authorized at our sole discretion, all return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Undelivered Orders Contact your carrier directly for lost or undelivered packages. If unresolved, email anderseneric69@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
