Overview
At Andersen Mercantile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we operate as a dropshipping business — meaning orders are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners — our return and refund process is outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at anderseneric69@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (required for damaged or defective claims)
We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Partial refunds may be issued for items that are returned in a condition other than original
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipment required in most cases.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your building's mail area
- Contact your local carrier with your tracking number
- Reach out to us if the issue is unresolved after 3 business days
We will work with our supplier and carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Buyer's remorse (changed mind, ordered wrong size without checking size guide)
- Delays caused by carriers or customs
- Items returned without prior authorization
