Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Andersen Mercantile! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping Select products qualify for free shipping. Eligible items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping is fulfilled through a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order.

International Shipping We ship to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country — these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Carrier Delays All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Andersen Mercantile is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or any other events outside our control. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are solely responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Andersen Mercantile is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at anderseneric69@gmail.com — we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is placed.

Multiple Suppliers Some orders may be fulfilled by different suppliers and could arrive in separate shipments. You'll receive individual tracking information for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
