RETURN & REFUND POLICY Last Updated: July 4, 2026

All Sales Are Final All purchases made at Andersen Mercantile are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Because we work with supplier partners to fulfill orders promptly, we are unable to intercept or modify orders after they are submitted. Please ensure all order details — including size, color, shipping address, and item selection — are correct before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at anderseneric69@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Upon review, we will issue store credit for the value of the affected item(s). No return shipment is required in most cases.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order shows as delivered but has not been received: (1) check with neighbors and your building's mail area, (2) contact your carrier directly with your tracking number, (3) reach out to us at anderseneric69@gmail.com if unresolved after 3 business days. Resolution is subject to carrier findings.

Store Credit Store credit issued by Andersen Mercantile has no expiration date and can be applied to any future purchase in our store.
